Who is the ‘Avadhani “is the one who pays attention / observes / observes and brings the matter from outside into the body. A person who performs eight actions at the same time is called a sage. A person who performs more than eight actions at the same time is called a “dasavadhani.” One becomes’ Dashavadani ‘by activating all the ten kinds of knowledge and then activating the 11th knowledge and increasing their energy.

Ayngara

Ayngaran is the purification of the seven chakras. In the Iyengarha classes, the specialities of the class are to purify the karmic processes, karmic body, karmic intellect, karmic senses, to stimulate the power of attention, to enliven speech, and to develop the power of speech, reading and writing.
